Clear, precise and pure, with electrifying acidity and crunchy salinity, this is a crystalline, straight and challenging Riesling for fans of ascetic but structured dry Kabinett trocken that most wine lovers would simply call austere or even a terroristic attack on the mucous membranes. 12% alcohol.
