Perishable goods are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs via expedited shipping (1-2 days) to maintain safety and quality during transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Cellar ships within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international destinations soon.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged items. We will issue a replacement or a full refund immediately.
