La Maison Ferre Calvados XO "La Reserve de Pierre" (700ml)

This is calvados is based on a cider made from over 30 heirloom, cider apple varieties, which were pressed in a 70 year old press.  Distilled on the farm and aged for 10 years before bottling, this is a unique spirit to enjoy with bloomy rind cheeses or as an after dinner digestif.
