This vibrant purple wine offers aromas of spicy cedar, blueberries and jammy blackberries. The vibrant acidity drives the palate which is relatively light in weight. The fruits lingers nicely as the finish firms up with fine-grained tannin. This would be a nice choice to pair with a typical country style pate or roasted chicken. The winemaker suggests osso bucco, roasted breast of veal or rustic, rind-ripened goat cheese.

This vineyard gives fine and very aromatic wines. The wines seduce from the outset by their velvety texture, their elegance and their floral aromas. The mouth is long, the tannins are fine with a beautiful freshness in the finish.
