Made from 100% sustainably grown Chenin Blanc.  This wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks providing crisp apple, waxy pear, and white stoney/chalky notes.  Perfect for baked, white-fleshed fish, pungent goat's milk cheeses or roasted poultry.
