This is an old vine selection from the estate's monopole vineyard, Clos de Moulin aux Moines.  The estate had has been farmed organically, utilizing biodynamic methods, since 2008; and is certified organic.  This wine is unfined, unfiltered and bottled with minimal sulphur.
